Open government bids, already read. NextBid is an independent company, not a government agency. We organize U.S. public procurement opportunities so small businesses, their software and their AI agents can find the ones that matter to them.

Why NextBid exists

Large contractors have bid departments that watch dozens of procurement sites, read every attachment and track every deadline. Small teams have the trade skills but not the research staff. NextBid does the watching and the reading, so a small team can see the same opportunities.

What we offer today

• Data API. Search and data access for U.S. public procurement opportunities: classified by trade, with the agency, deadline, set-aside designation, official link and, when available, the source documents as text. REST for software, MCP for AI agents.
• Bring your AI. Your own assistants and agents may use NextBid through the API and MCP under your account. No separate agent seats.

How it works

NextBid collects and normalizes public procurement data across our source network, then publishes that data to the NextBid Data service for API and MCP access. Customer requests never query our collection systems directly. Details are on Data sources & freshness and How our AI works.

What we are not

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by SAM.gov, GSA or any government agency. We do not accept bids, register you in SAM.gov, or decide set-aside or size eligibility. The issuing agency's official notice always controls. See Not affiliated with government.
