What that means for you

• The official notice controls. We organize public notices and read their documents for you. If anything here differs from the issuing agency's official notice, the official notice controls.
• We do not register you. NextBid does not register businesses in SAM.gov or any other government system.
• We do not decide eligibility. A set-aside label shows how the agency designated the opportunity. It is not a size or eligibility determination; the SBA and the contracting officer decide that.
• We do not accept bids. Submit through the method the official notice describes.
