Same NextBid Data access either way: 6,000 calls each month. How usage works.

What's included6,000 calls each month on either billing choice; annual subscribers get the same 6,000 each month. Designed for ongoing research, applications and AI agents. Bulk copying or resale isn't permitted. That is about 600 opportunities researched (researching one opportunity typically takes about ten calls). One call is one metered API request or MCP tool call; REST and MCP share one meter. Usage and remaining allowance ride along in the headers of every response.
The trial14 days, up to 100 calls and 250 unique opportunities delivered, whichever comes first. Each unique opportunity returned counts once toward the 250; returning it again uses a call but not another delivery. Search counts and facets use a call but deliver no opportunities. At most 25 results per request. One active key during the trial.
Limits600 calls a minute per key, 4 requests in flight per key, one text file of up to 5 MB per request. Over the limit you get a 429 with a Retry-After header, never a bill. Public health, pricing and corpus statistics are free.
When you reach the allowanceThe API answers 402 until your next monthly allowance; free calls keep working. Extra usage beyond the allowance is planned, and it will stay off unless you turn it on with a spending cap.
BillingA card is required to start. Nothing is charged during the 14-day trial; cancel before it ends and you won't be charged. After the trial, monthly is $49.99 each month (cancel anytime; the current month is not refunded) and annual is $499 once a year for the same access and the same monthly allowance.
Bulk and enterpriseData licences, higher quotas and custom terms: admin@nextbid.us. Redistribution of the corpus or of buyer contacts as a list is not offered on any plan.

Allowances are per calendar month. Every record carries its official source link. The issuing agency's official notice always controls.

Questions

Do I need a card for the trial?

Yes. Every subscription starts with a 14-day trial, and a card is required to start it. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged. The trial includes up to 250 unique opportunities delivered (and up to 100 calls), whichever comes first. When it ends, your plan continues on the same account and the same keys.

What is the difference between monthly and annual?

Only how you pay. Both include the same access and the same monthly allowance. Annual is $499 once a year instead of $599.88 over twelve months, a saving of about $100.

What happens when I use my allowance?

The API answers 402 until your next monthly allowance; free calls keep working. Extra usage beyond the allowance is planned and will stay off unless you turn it on with a spending cap. Nothing is charged that you did not turn on.

Does each AI agent need its own plan?

No. No agent seats. AI agents are welcome: the account is the customer, so give each agent its own key if you like; they all draw on the same monthly allowance.

Can I resell or republish the data?

No plan includes redistribution of the corpus or of buyer contacts as a list. Data licences are handled separately at admin@nextbid.us.

How is usage shown?

Every response carries x-usage-used, x-quota-remaining, x-usage-period and x-usage-resets-at. /v1/usage returns the same for your current period, and the MCP tool my_usage does too.
