NextBidAPI Terms
These terms cover your use of the NextBid REST API and MCP server. The Terms of Service also apply.
Your account and your agents
AI agents are welcome. Your own assistants and agents may use NextBid through the API and MCP under your account. No separate agent seats. You may give each agent its own key; all keys draw on your account's allowance. You are responsible for the keys you create and for what your agents do with them. Keep keys secret and revoke any key you think is exposed.
Metering
- One call is one metered API request or one MCP tool call. REST and MCP share one meter.
- Health, pricing and public corpus statistics are free.
- Trial: 14 days, 100 calls and up to 250 unique opportunities delivered, whichever comes first, with one active key. Returning the same opportunity again uses a call but not another delivery.

Limits
600 calls a minute per key, 4 requests in flight per key, one text file of up to 5 MB per request, and at most 25 results per search request. Over a limit you get a 429 with a Retry-After header. Do not work around limits, for example by spreading one workload across extra accounts.
What you may do with NextBid data
- Use records and documents for your own business, including inside your own applications and AI agents.
- Show records and documents to your own users, with the official source link kept.
- Keep copies you need for that work.
What is not allowed
- Reselling or redistributing NextBid records, documents or buyer contacts, or bulk-copying the corpus.
- Building a competing dataset or using NextBid data to train a model you sell or offer to others.
- Collecting NextBid data by any route other than the API or MCP, such as scraping the website.
Accuracy
NextBid organizes public procurement information. The issuing agency's official notice always controls. Your applications and agents should confirm deadlines and requirements against the official source before acting.
Changes and suspension
We will give notice before breaking changes to the API. We may suspend keys that abuse the service or break these terms.
