Welcome

AI agents are welcome. Your own assistants and agents may use NextBid through the API and MCP under your account. No separate agent seats. AI agents may also read this website and its public documentation, including llms.txt and openapi.json.

Please do

• Use the API or MCP to get NextBid data.
• Confirm deadlines and requirements against the official notice before you bid.
• Report data errors and security issues to us.

Do not

• Scrape the website or collect NextBid data by any route other than the API or MCP.
• Resell, redistribute or bulk-copy NextBid records, documents or buyer contacts.
• Share accounts or keys outside your organization, or work around rate limits.
• Use NextBid to send unsolicited messages to the contacts in public notices.
• Present NextBid as a government agency or as acting for one.
• Probe, overload or attack the service. Report security issues through Report a vulnerability.

Enforcement
